2018: New Year, New Goals!
Before diving into new year, new goals, Reel Property Solutions, LLC had a wonderful holiday season! Thanksgiving came with the surprising announcement that our 5th niece or nephew is due to arrive in June 2018! We went on a trolley tour to see the Christmas lights in Rochester- gorgeous decorations with Rochester history… and of course, being able to see the beautiful houses and get ideas for the properties we want to renovate! One of our favorite activities was attending a Christmas concert and seeing Nativity Scenes from all over the world. Christmas was spent with our parents eating traditional foods from recipes our ancestors used. Reel Property Solutions, LLC still kept up with real estate investing on New Year’s Eve, but, unfortunately, had to cancel a property tour due to a flat tire. Then 2018 started strong with property tours, getting to know another remodeling contractor, and being in the mindset: new year, new goals!
What is a goal? There are several definitions from sports related to this definition according to www.businessdictionary.com:
An observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe.
There’s an acronym to help with setting a goal: SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely). Anytime a goal is set, no matter if it’s for new year, new goals or just in general, ALWAYS be SMART! That is the best road to SUCCESS!

- Realistic: yes and more webinars can be watched as time permits; webinar can be live or replayed
- Timely: yes since this will be for all of 2018
Objectives to ensuring this example from our new year, new goals were met:
- Document when the webinar was completed
- Watch together or separate and discuss afterwards
- Research webinars and sign up to watch at the given time or save it for another time
Reel Property Solutions, LLC sets goals to help us stay on track, be educated which will help our business succeed, and to benefit YOU! It would be outlandish to have someone flounder about, guessing what’s right/wrong, and in the end not having the correct tools when trying to purchase or sell a piece of property.
