Reel Property Solutions, LLC also implements diverse types of marketing campaigns with our business. Why so we do this and so do other businesses? Without marketing your business, nobody would know of the services and products you provide. Luckily for us, through our education training with Fortune Builders, we were taught marketing campaigns that work wonders to get our phone ringing. Here’s an overview of our campaigns:
- Bandit signs This has produced many calls. Most homeowners were calling to inquire the process and how Reel Property Solutions, LLC can help them.
- Vehicle advertising One of our Business Partners put our Bandit Signs on the side of our vehicle. This drew in a potential seller, we talked in person, and we toured their property right away.
- Bus Rochester has a large city bus system. Another way of marketing your business is to have an advertisement on a bus which Reel Property Solutions, LLC is currently doing.
- Direct mail Some houses have evident visible needs for extensive repairs, especially with a deteriorating roof. A simple letter was sent to let the homeowner know that Reel Property Solutions, LLC understands the expense of a new roof, which can be too great for the homeowner’s budget, therefore, we could help by purchasing the house in AS-IS condition. This also produced responses- one of which the homeowner had multiple properties!
- Website The Internet is a powerful tool. Reel Property Solutions, LLC has worked with a company, Niche Builder, to establish a strong web presence.
- Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Alignable In today’s society, people do not specifically NEED to meet face to face in order to say they “know” another person. Marketing your business can be successful through social media interactions. Through Alignable, Reel Property Solutions, LLC has established countless relationships with other businesses.
- Pass out business cards/ Halloween candy Don’t stay inside when passing out Halloween candy- go outside and pass out your business cards as well! This is a unique way of marketing your business that will get people to say, “Oh, wow, I would have NEVER thought of that!”
- Hardware stores Some stores, such as Menards, will host an event for contracts to meet with anyone looking to utilize their services. Reel Property Solutions, LLC did this and found a construction/painting company to assist with renovating properties.
- Create/attend Networking meetings Networking with other professionals is vital. Reel Property Solutions, LLC has both created and attended networking meetings. This is a fun way to meet new people to learn how businesses can help each other.
- Polo shirts Reel Property Solutions, LLC has polo
shirts that we wear when on a property tour, meeting, or other ways to represent our business. We also receive a lot of compliments! - Christmas cards to general contractors A huge way to boost rapport is to send greeting cards at Christmas, or really for any time of the year. Reel Property Solutions, LLC did this Christmas 2016 and in return, received calls and emails.
- Fortune Builders events Our on-going education is through Fortune Builders. This consists of live events, face-to-face networking, webinars, a closed Facebook group, phone calls with real estate investor experts, and the list goes on forever!
There are a myriad ways of marketing your business. Not every way will be successful.
