The main point of these games is how to get out of the “rat race” or quit living paycheck to paycheck.

Another person may want to purchase the property. The two players negotiate a wholesaling fee for the purchase. Wholesaling in real estate means a person, Buyer A, gets a property under contract then finds a different person, Buyer B, to purchase the contract so now Buyer B is the person who will ultimately purchase the property. A fee is associated since Buyer A did all the work to get the property under contract.
