Fortune Builders has helped Reel Property Solutions, LLC through all aspects of being real estate investors. We tried to self-educate by reading books, listening to random webinars (not sure if the speaker was valid or knew what they were talking about), and talking to other real estate professionals. While self-educating, we tried networking with strangers in hopes to get the “inside scoop” but found that to be very difficult; not too many people are willing to take uneducated people under their wing, especially when we did not know the legal sides. One day we found an ad stating Fortune Builders was doing a short seminar in Rochester. Thus, the first of many phases we went through to get to this point: the initial of many house flipping classes.
There are NUMEROUS real estate investor wanna-be’s in this world. It is crucial for you to be well informed, follow your gut instincts, and if you decide to be part of that particular business system to know what you are getting into. Not all are alike: some focus on passive income properties, some focus on residential properties, some focus on all types. Reel Property Solutions, LLC is NOT a paid spokesperson for Fortune Builders nor does Reel Property Solutions, LLC have knowledge of other business systems similar to this. This blog is not to outline exactly what the process was like for us to be part of the Fortune Builders business system. This blog is to outline how Fortune Builders guided Reel Property Solutions, LLC to be successful in establishing its business entity.
Starting any business takes a lot of everything… money, courage, determination, knowledge of the supply and demands of that industry, and support from a network of other like-minded people. During this process, we met many other professionals that we would not have found without Fortune Builders. For example: Fortune Builders has a (closed) Facebook group that is there for emotional support, people can team up together on a property, folks can ask questions/advice, or share personal information such as major life milestones. Some of these folks we met in our house flipping classes, but most are just faces with posts on social media. Nonetheless, we are all a family and support system.
The first house flipping class was a short introduction of the Fortune Builders philosophy. From there, other steps are taken until people can be- or not be- accepted into the Mastery program. This is where the real education takes place! At first, we were so pleasantly overwhelmed with the adventure ahead, but after getting into a routine of the education part, getting the materials to get our entity established, and getting into the market, we found this is the most fun we’ve had at any “job”! Fortune Builders has a fantastic network for other real estate investors to link with, so that made things quite smooth. As Reel Property Solutions, LLC developed and needed more folks to be part of our team, we talked about Fortune Builders which gained credibility and trust. Reel Property Solutions, LLC could not have done any of this without Fortune Builders to be at our side!
