With Halloween approaching, there’s a lot of haunted houses, pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and candy to buy. This is the perfect time of year for Reel Property Solutions, LLC to buy all the scary houses for sale! What constitutes scary houses for sale? These are some of our criteria of Physical distress:
- ROOF REPAIR– A tattered roof lets in water, animals, air, bacteria, and a host of other problems to deteriorate the rafters, insulation, grow mold, thus the roof goes bad quickly!
- DETERIORATING CONCRETE- A broken up driveway and/or sidewalks can be hazardous in several ways. First, tripping on uneven cement can cause physical injuries. - DELINQUENT PAYMENTS– Late mortgage, tax, or other lien payments are difficult to catch up. Perhaps a property that is more budget friendly is the way to go.
- DIVORCE– Although the home may be in perfect condition, the distress is dividing assets ASAP.
- OTHER REASONS– The need to move quickly may be for a job transfer, be closer to family, the design of the home isn’t desirable (do you have a split level, but unfortunately impossible to live there due to mobility matters?)
- DOWNSIZE– Retirement? Costs too high?
- UPSIZE– Growing family? Other relatives moving in?
- PROBATE PROPERTY– Maybe the inherited property is nowhere near where you live, therefore, now want to sell.
